  • Perform precise and efficient data entry from internal systems into the IDR (Independent Dispute Resolution) Portal, ensuring all information is accurately transcribed

  • Maintain a keen eye for inconsistencies, discrepancies, and potential errors in incoming data

  • Report any data anomalies or issues promptly to the appropriate team leads

  • Navigate multiple databases and systems with confidence and accuracy

  • Meet or exceed daily data entry targets while maintaining exceptional quality standards

Documentation and File Management



  • Upload all pertinent case file documents accurately into our document management systems

  • Organize and categorize case files to ensure easy retrieval and reference

  • Contribute to the thoroughness and reliability of our data management efforts

  • Ensure proper indexing and tagging of all documents for optimal system functionality

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all patient-related information

Quality Control and Assurance



  • Regularly review and correct data as needed, based on comprehensive quality reports

  • Conduct self-audits of your work to identify and rectify errors proactively

  • Residency Requirement: Must have lived in the United States for at least 3 of the past 5 years, as this position is part of a Federal Contract
