What You'll Do in This Role

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative working from your home office, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring members receive the support and information they need regarding their healthcare coverage. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Providing inbound customer support: Handle incoming calls from members seeking assistance with their insurance-related questions and concerns.

Essential Qualifications:
