[Remote] Financial Aid Advisor (Online Division)

Responsibilities

• Guide students through the financial aid process and counsel prospective and current students through funding options

Skills

• Great customer services skills and experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience/knowledge of Student Information Systems (CampusNexus & Regent preferred)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Title IV administration/VA certifying official preferred
