[Remote] Family Law Paralegal

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Stealth Law Firm is a respected California law firm with a strong family law practice, seeking a talented Family Law Paralegal. In this role, you will support experienced attorneys in handling divorce, custody, support, and other family law disputes, while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative and client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with discovery, pleadings, motions, and legal filings
• Support attorneys through all phases of family law cases
• Maintain accurate billing with an annual billable target of ~1600 hours

• Must be based in California
• Experience as a Family Law Paralegal
