Responsibilities

• Converse with the model on language scenarios
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

Skills

• Degree in English language, linguistics, or a closely related field
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills
• Experience in challenging advanced language models on topics like sentence structure, verb tense and aspect, word usage, idiomatic expressions, pronunciation, and cultural context
• Ability to document failure modes and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
• Peer-reviewed publications
• Teaching experience
• Hands-on linguistic analysis projects
