Online ELA Teacher
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced ELA (English Language Arts) teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a love for literature, as well as a deep understanding of the English language and the ability to effectively communicate that knowledge to students.
- Responsibilities：
- Teaching Focus: Educate students aged 5-12 in English Language Arts in a group class setting.
- Foster a love of reading and writing for students through creative and interactive teaching methods.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their reading comprehension, writing skills, and critical thinking abilities.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective educational experience for students.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Minimum of two years of ELA teaching experience for primary or middle school students
- Be familiar with online teaching platforms
- Require a valid state teaching certification in ELA
- Familiarity with ELA basic genres and reading strategies
- Understanding of CCSS or ELA systems preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
