Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies focusing on social media and growth. Manage and grow the company's presence across key social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Create engaging and high-converting content, including visuals, videos, and copy. Plan, implement, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns. Analyze marketing campaign performance, website analytics, and social media metrics to identify trends and opportunities. Drive traffic to the e-commerce website and improve conversion rates. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and automation workflows. Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure brand consistency. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Manage the marketing budget and track ROI for all campaigns. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a strong focus on social media and growth strategies. Proven success in managing and growing social media communities and driving online sales. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and advertising platforms. Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Excellent copywriting, editing, and visual content creation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
