The Opportunity

We're currently seeking a motivated and results-driven E-commerce Account Manager to join our rapidly growing Third-Party (3P) Marketplace team. What You'll Do

As a key member of our 3P Marketplace Development team, you will be chartered with acquiring, developing, and managing high-value relationships that drive our product selection, pricing strategies, and customer satisfaction. Your entrepreneurial spirit and sales acumen will be instrumental in identifying market opportunities and executing go-to-market strategies that attract key marketplace players to join the arenaflex ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities


  • Market Intelligence: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the USA e-commerce marketplace, including seasonality trends, global market developments, and competitor activities. Continuously monitor competitive efforts and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Seller Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales outreach, virtual events, and compelling presentations. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Seller Enablement: Guide new sellers through their onboarding journey by sharing best practices for online selling, including data-driven insights that help them achieve exceptional delivery performance, customer experience, and business growth.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve vendor challenges, ensuring a seamless experience for our seller partners.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with assigned seller accounts, serving as their primary point of contact and advocate within arenaflex.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to sellers.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute launch strategies for new products and categories, maximizing visibility and sales potential.

Essential Qualifications


  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of successful business-to-business (B2B) sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using consultative and solutions-focused selling approaches.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong quantitative and analytical skills, comfortable working with complex financial data and performance metrics.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office programs. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, high-energy environment and remain resilient amid changing priorities.
  • Organization: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications


  • 2+ years of direct e-commerce experience working with online marketplaces or platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry.
  • 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience, particularly in SaaS, marketplace, or technology solutions.
  • Experience launching products into new markets or expanding into new customer segments.
  • Familiarity with seller onboarding processes and marketplace dynamics.
