[Remote] Digital Insurance Advisor

They are seeking a Digital Insurance Advisor to support personal lines sales representatives, assist customers with their insurance needs, and drive sales through effective relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Assist our customers with their daily insurance needs via phone and by email and through our front-line sales team
• Support the Account Executive in the administration of placing new business insurance policies
• Manage queries and up-selling of products to new and existing clients
• Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
• Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
• Continue self-development through industry and training and other courses
• Knowledge of each Insurance Company’s products, endorsements, packages and payment plans

Skills

• Experience supporting sales targets as an individual and as a team
• Well versed in navigating multiple computer programs at once
• General Level 1 is required
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of each Insurance Company's products, endorsements, packages and payment plans
• Assist our customers with their daily insurance needs via phone and by email and through our front-line sales team
• Support the Account Executive in the administration of placing new business insurance policies
• Manage queries and up-selling of products to new and existing clients

• General Level 2 License is preferred
• Preferred understanding of commercial policy wordings/coverage's
• Working experience in EPIC an asset
