Remote Dental Implant Appointment Setter / Patient Coordinator

We are a growing dental implant practice specializing in full-mouth dental implant treatment, including All-on-4 / full-arch fixed implant restorations.

We are looking for a remote appointment setter to help convert inbound leads into completed consultations.

This is not cold calling. These are people who have requested information from our ads, website, Facebook, Instagram, or prior lead lists.

Primary Goal:

Your main success metric is the number of qualified consultations that show up.

Responsibilities:

Contact new leads within 5 minutes by phone and text

Respond to Facebook and Instagram comments/messages from our own ads and posts

Qualify implant leads using our script

Schedule consultations

Confirm appointments

Reduce no-shows

Follow up with missed calls, no-responses, and no-shows

Reactivate older leads inside GoHighLevel

Keep clean notes in the CRM

Alert the team when a lead is ready to schedule or pay a consult/deposit

You are not expected to diagnose, give clinical advice, or quote final treatment fees. Your role is to build trust, answer basic questions, and get qualified patients to their consultation.

Ideal Candidate:

Excellent spoken and written English

Strong phone presence

Fast response time

Comfortable with healthcare, dental, cosmetic, or high-ticket leads

Experience with GoHighLevel preferred

Organized and consistent with follow-up

Not spammy or pushy

Able to follow scripts while still sounding natural

Preference given to candidates with dental implant, cosmetic surgery, Invisalign, med spa, or other elective healthcare experience.

Compensation:

Base pay plus performance bonuses.

Bonuses are based primarily on qualified consultations that actually show up, not just appointments booked.
