Position Overview: Remote Data Entry Technician – Data Preparation I

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Data Entry Technician to perform a variety of administrative and data preparation tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing incoming work demands, and ensuring the timely completion of daily administrative duties.   • Document Processing: Scan, image, and index various reports and documents using standard office equipment and software. Ensure all documents are properly categorized and stored in accordance with departmental procedures.
  • Correspondence Preparation: Prepare correspondence, packages, and mailings for both internal and external distribution. This includes folding, stuffing, labeling, and sealing envelopes as needed.
  • Database and Record Maintenance: Maintain departmental logs, spreadsheets, and databases with accuracy and attention to detail. Enter, update, and verify data to ensure information integrity.
