What You'll Do

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for supporting our enterprise information management initiatives through accurate data collection, processing, and analysis. Key Responsibilities:


  • Data Collection & Processing: Gather and process information from disparate data systems across our U.S. and global businesses. You'll work with multiple databases and information sources to compile comprehensive datasets that support various business functions.

  • Information Analysis: Identify information that aids in enterprise risk management, compliance requirements, and strategic planning initiatives. Your analytical work will help stakeholders understand risk exposure and assess the maturity of associated controls.

  • Dashboard Development: Design and build interactive dashboards using analytics tools that help stakeholders scope risk, evaluate control effectiveness, and make informed business decisions.

  • Custom Reporting: Construct custom reports as needed to support specific business requirements, regulatory compliance, and executive decision-making.

  • Methodology Development: Apply expertise in analytics strategies and tools to develop defensible and consistent methodologies for assessing risk and evaluating business processes.

  • Insight Generation: Draw insights and correlations from complex datasets and communicate findings effectively to compliance professionals, attorneys, and business leaders through clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Risk Identification: Provide input on new and emerging risk areas using data-driven analysis. You'll be proactive in identifying potential issues before they become problems.

What You'll Bring
