We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist and Customer Service Representative to join our growing e-commerce team at arenaflex. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and quality of our product database while providing outstanding support to our customers via email and phone.

  • Product Research & Compliance: Research product details, specifications, and requirements to ensure all items displayed on our website are accurate, complete, and compliant with manufacturer and brand guidelines. You'll serve as the final checkpoint for product quality.

  • Image Management: Review, organize, and select high-quality images for new products. You'll ensure that visual representations meet our standards and accurately represent the products being sold.

Schedule & Work Environment

This is a full-time, 1099 contract labor position with the following schedule:


  • Standard hours: 40 hours per week

  • Core schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

  • Some flexibility available based on business needs

  • Remote work from home—you'll never need to commute!

As a remote employee at arenaflex, you'll need to maintain regular availability during core business hours to ensure seamless coverage for our customers and team collaboration. We provide all necessary training and onboarding to help you succeed in your home office environment.

Compensation & Benefits

arenaflex offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package for our valued team members:


  • Pay Rate: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications
