Position Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Processor to join our team. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with standard business hours (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CT), offering excellent work-life balance with no required weekend work—though flexibility is available based on business needs.
As a Remote Data Entry Processor, you will be responsible for accurately entering, classifying, and verifying various types of documentation, with a particular focus on medical documentation (MEDI). This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong typing speed, and the ability to follow established procedures and guidelines precisely. You'll be provided with all necessary equipment to work from the comfort of your home office in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Data Entry Processor will include:
- Accurate Data Entry: Perform high-precision data entry tasks in accordance with client-specific requirements, ensuring zero tolerance for errors that could impact downstream processes or client outcomes.
- Document Classification: Manually identify and classify various types of forms and documentation based on client-specific guidelines and established categorization criteria.
- Medical Documentation Processing (MEDI): Handle medical documentation identification, classification, and processing with the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Verification Tasks: Review and verify entered data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with quality standards.
- Multi-Task Management: Successfully work on different tasks including data entry, verification, MEDI processing, and other data entry-related functions as assigned.
- Procedure Adherence: Follow established procedures and guidelines meticulously, understanding that consistency is key to our client relationships.
- Problem Resolution: Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to address discrepancies or unusual cases, escalating when necessary while maintaining the ability to self-guide through challenges.
- Policy Compliance: Comply with all company policies, standards, and confidentiality requirements, maintaining the highest ethical standards in all work activities.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

- Experience: 1-2 years of professional work experience in an office or administrative environment.
- Technical Skills: Introductory to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Physical Capability: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time while performing data entry tasks.
