Position Overview

We are currently looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals to fill the role of Remote Data Entry Associate. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

• Data Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer information, travel itineraries, and other essential data in our computer systems with a high level of attention to detail.


• Issue Recognition and Resolution: Rapidly identify and understand client issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities to address concerns effectively and efficiently.


• Information Research: Effectively search for answers and solutions to customer inquiries, utilizing available resources and databases to provide accurate information.


• Quality Decision-Making: Make sound decisions that align with company policies and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining professional standards.


• Collaboration: Work cooperatively with a globally diverse group of clients and team members, fostering positive relationships and effective communication.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.


• At least 18 years of age with authorization to work in the United States.


• Ability to work full-time, including holidays, weekends, and day or night shifts (please note that arenaflex does not offer part-time schedules).


• Strong digital literacy and comfort with navigating online systems, email, and web searches.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, courteous tone and appropriate expression.


• Demonstrated perseverance and commitment to maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation, and goal achievement.


• Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy.

• Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self and others.

Technical Requirements:

• Dedicated high-speed internet connection with upload speeds of at least 10 MBPS and download speeds of at least 25 MBPS.


• A quiet, professional home office setup suitable for remote work.


• Basic computer equipment including a reliable computer and headset for communication.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Training and Development

Training Schedule: The initial training will be conducted Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
