Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry into WIN, Power Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook, ensuring that every truck‑to‑truck material movement is logged and traceable.

  • Organize and update trailer inventories, creating shared Outlook files that provide real‑time visibility to supervisors and logistics partners.

  • Generate outbound manifests, hazardous waste labels, and shipping documentation, guaranteeing compliance with federal and state transportation regulations.

  • Execute clerical duties such as filing, typing, and general office administration, supporting supervisors with ad‑hoc projects as needed.
