Key Responsibilities




  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone




  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies




  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner




  • Document customer interactions and update records in the company CRM system




  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
