The Customer Success & Billing Specialist provides technical assistance for software-related issues, manages billing processing, and ensures users can effectively utilize the Enrollware software.


Responsibilities

  • Become a product expert in Enrollware’s software
  • Respond to support tickets and phone calls in a timely manner
  • Provide training and look for opportunities for customers to make better use of the software
  • Assist in creating and updating current documentation
  • Contribute to internal project process initiatives
  • Respond to billing inquiries and follow up on outstanding balances

Skills

  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Experience supporting SaaS software applications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to research and solve customer issues
  • Self-motivated and dependable in a remote work environment
  • Experience with billing processes
  • Experience with SaaS customer success
  • Ability to clearly and professionally communicate in writing and verbally with co-workers and customers of all personality types
