- Personal Computer: Desktop or laptop with a minimum of 8GB RAM. Please note that tablets (iPads, Amazon Fire, Samsung Galaxy Tab) and Chromebooks are not permitted for security and performance reasons.
- Headset: A wired USB headset with microphone is required for clear, professional communication. Bluetooth headsets are not recommended due to potential connectivity issues.
- Internet Connection: High-speed wired internet with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required for seamless connectivity. Mobile home internet and satellite internet services are not supported by arenaflex or any of our clients.
- Operating System: Windows 11 is preferred, though some clients may accept AppleOS (macOS).
- Security Software: Windows Defender Anti-Virus must be installed and active (alternative security solutions may be accepted for AppleOS users).
- Smartphone: A smartphone is required for daily authentication and verification purposes.

Contractual Relationship
It's important to understand that your relationship with arenaflex is that of an independent contractor, not an employee. This means:
- You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex
- arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings
- You will not be entitled to vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, workers' compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind
- You will be responsible for your own tax obligations and insurance coverage
