What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative specializing in Streaming Services at arenaflex, you'll be the frontline ambassador for one of the world's most beloved entertainment brands. Your role is crucial in ensuring that customers get the most out of their streaming experience. Here's what you can expect:


  • Customer Interaction Excellence: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with varying complexity, always maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • Technical Support: Provide basic troubleshooting for streaming issues on multiple devices including smartphones, tablets, smart TVs, streaming players, and gaming consoles.

  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and solve customer problems efficiently, demonstrating strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills to ensure quick and accurate resolutions.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of streaming services, features, content libraries, and subscription options to provide informed recommendations.

  • Account Management: Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, subscription upgrades, and profile management.

  • Multi-Application Mastery: Simultaneously navigate multiple applications and systems while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system to maintain comprehensive records.

  • Feedback Loop: Identify recurring issues and provide constructive feedback to help improve our processes and customer experience.

  • Brand Advocacy: Represent our client's brand with passion and enthusiasm, sharing your genuine love for movies, TV shows, and animated content.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications

Essential Qualifications


  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience working in a customer service or contact center environment with a genuine passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.

  • Streaming Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with streaming services and basic troubleshooting abilities, including a demonstrated understanding of streaming services across various platforms and devices (phones, smart TVs, tablets, computers, streaming players).

  • Technical Proficiency: Basic PC keyboarding skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

  • Technical Support Background: Previous technical support experience is highly valued.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet.

  • Multitasking Capability: Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to use several applications simultaneously while maintaining quality.

  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience working with CRM applications (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms).

  • Familiarity with popular streaming platforms and their ecosystems.

  • Knowledge of entertainment industry trends and content offerings.

Home Office Requirements: Setting You Up for Success

As a remote position, we want to ensure you have the right environment and tools to excel in your role. arenaflex will provide all the necessary equipment, including a computer, headset, and other required materials. However, to be successful when working from home, you must meet the following requirements:


  • Internet Connectivity: Excellent Internet connectivity is essential. You must have internet access speeds of at least 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download—the faster, the better!

  • Connection Type: Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems. You must have a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates.

  • Network Setup: An in-house network with a dedicated, hard-wired Internet connection is required for optimal performance.

  • Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free, and secure place to work where you can take calls without background noise interruptions.

  • Environment: A professional home office setup that allows you to focus entirely on delivering excellent customer service.
