Position Overview: Customer Service Representative - Remote (Kentucky)

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the primary point of contact for pet parents seeking pharmacy support. This role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and genuine compassion for both pets and their owners. You'll handle inbound inquiries primarily via phone and other communication platforms, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Location Requirements: This is a fully remote position. To be considered, you must be a resident of Kentucky, reside within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky, and perform all work within the state of Kentucky. You must also be able to pass a background check for Kentucky Pharmacy Technician (Rx Tech) licensing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative will include:


  • Customer Engagement: Interact directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for various topics including prescription inquiries, medication questions, order status updates, and general pet health concerns.

  • Inbound Call Handling: Manage a high volume of inbound calls professionally and efficiently, while maintaining our exceptional service standards.

  • Problem Resolution: Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, following up as needed to ensure complete resolution of issues.

  • Critical Thinking: Think on your feet and engage with customers beyond scripted responses. We need team members who can genuinely connect with pet parents and provide tailored solutions.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to high safety and regulatory standards in all interactions, ensuring proper handling of sensitive pharmacy information.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our customer relationship management system.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
