We're currently seeking full-time, highly motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our award-winning customer service organization. This is a remote position, meaning you can work from the comfort of your own home while residing in the great state of Texas. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in our customer experience team. Here's what your daily work will look like:

  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional customer service experience is required. This experience should have equipped you with the skills to handle diverse customer situations professionally.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You'll need to demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Strong listening skills are essential for understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions. Candidates will be assessed on their communication capabilities as part of our selection process.
  • Multi-Tasking Ability: You must be comfortable maintaining a conversation on the phone while simultaneously navigating computer systems and taking notes. Performance under pressure in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in using computers is required, including rapid navigation through multiple systems, efficient data entry, and internet research skills to find information that helps support our customers.

Technical Requirements for Remote Work

Since you'll be working from home, we need to ensure your setup supports an excellent customer experience:


  • Workspace: Your work area must be large enough to accommodate computer monitors and be free from distractions, including any background noise that could impact the customer experience. It should be professional and conducive to focused work.
  • Webcam Readiness: Your work area must be acceptable for webcam use during team meetings and collaborative sessions.
  • Internet Connection: You must have a reliable wired, high-speed internet and broadband connection with minimum speeds of 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. You can test your internet speed at speedtest.net or by contacting your service provider. All applicants must meet and demonstrate this requirement.
  • Equipment Provided: Don't worry – we've got you covered! arenaflex will provide everything you need to succeed: computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam. You simply need to provide the high-speed internet connection.
  • Two-Factor Authentication: You'll need a cell phone or tablet that can be used for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify. This can be either a smartphone or tablet on which the Okta mobile app can be downloaded, or a cell phone that can receive SMS messages and phone calls. A landline phone line is not required.
