What You’ll Do:

Handle 80+ inbound calls daily in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Use scripted communication to provide consistent, accurate, and friendly service

Assess customer needs, resolve concerns, and schedule appointments efficiently

Accurately enter data into our customer management systems

Listen actively and communicate with empathy and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of call center or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required

Fluent English communication (spoken and written); bilingual Spanish-English candidates highly encouraged to apply

Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of navigating single or multi-screen setups

Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills

Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and multitasking abilities

Availability to work at least one weekend, day per week

A quiet, interruption-free home office environment

Hours of Operation:

We are actively hiring for shifts between 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM Eastern Time. Scheduling flexibility, especially for evenings and weekends, is highly valued.
