Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for customers calling into our clients' businesses. Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, providing product and service information, fulfilling customer needs, and resolving any problems callers face with accuracy and efficiency.
