Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a 100% remote capacity. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for applicants seeking assistance with their applications. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional support through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every applicant receives timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience with demonstrated effectiveness in both verbal and written communication.
