What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for applicants seeking assistance with our application programs. Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Respond to all inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring every applicant feels heard, valued, and supported throughout their experience with arenaflex.

  • Provide technical assistance to applicants, guiding them through the application process and helping them overcome any technical hurdles they may encounter while completing their applications online.

  • Navigate our computerized customer relationship management system to log interactions, track applicant issues, and provide timely responses and troubleshooting solutions to applicant questions and concerns.

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in every interaction, maintaining professionalism, clarity, and a customer-centric approach that reflects arenaflex's commitment to excellence.

  • Multi-task effectively while managing high volumes of inquiries across multiple channels, ensuring no applicant is left waiting and all issues are addressed promptly and thoroughly.

  • Become and remain knowledgeable about all arenaflex application programs, staying current with program updates, new features, and policy changes to provide accurate and up-to-date applicant support.

  • Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and proactively suggest improvements and solutions to enhance the overall applicant experience and operational efficiency of the customer service team.

  • Maintain detailed records of all applicant interactions, following arenaflex's documentation standards and contributing to our knowledge base for continuous improvement.

  • Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a track record of effectively managing high-volume inquiries and delivering exceptional service.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly, concisely, and professionally to applicants from diverse backgrounds.

  • Technical proficiency and adaptability – you must be tech-savvy and able to learn new systems, software, and processes quickly and efficiently.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of performance and accountability.

  • Strong adaptability to new challenges, changing priorities, and evolving business needs in a dynamic startup-like environment.

  • High volume tolerance – ability to work comfortably with a high volume of activity across phone, email, and chat channels without compromising quality.

  • Must have U.S. work authorization to be eligible for this position.

  • Availability for 6 am - 3 pm schedule preferred, demonstrating reliability and commitment to supporting applicants during our peak service hours.

  • Bilingual abilities – fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) and/or Spanish is highly preferred, enabling arenaflex to serve a more diverse applicant population effectively.
