About Your Opportunity

Training for this position will begin on April 15th, 2024, giving you ample time to prepare for an exciting career with arenaflex.   • Assess Customer Needs: You'll engage with customers to understand their unique requirements, listening attentively to discover how arenaflex products and services can enhance their home and business lives.

  • Product & Service Recommendations: Based on customer needs, you'll suggest tailored solutions that genuinely add value—whether it's upgrading their internet speed, exploring business packages, or discovering smart home automation options.

  • Billing Excellence: You'll handle billing adjustments with precision, negotiate claims professionally, and arrange product substitutions or returns when necessary, always ensuring fairness and customer satisfaction.

  • Master the Triple S: You'll meet and exceed goals in Serving, Solving, and Selling—balancing exceptional support with identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

  • Product Knowledge Mastery: You'll remain current on all arenaflex Business products and services, continuously expanding your knowledge to provide accurate, helpful information.

  • Own the Customer Experience: You'll take complete ownership of each customer interaction, ensuring every touchpoint reflects arenaflex's commitment to excellence.

  • Internal Collaboration: You'll provide valuable support to internal sales representatives, functioning as a cohesive unit that delivers seamless service.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • You'll begin with a comprehensive training program where you'll work with your Onboarding Supervisor to understand scheduling protocols.

  • After completing training, you'll participate in our shift bid process, where you'll have the opportunity to select from available schedules.

  • Our schedules are designed around customer needs—you'll have the flexibility to choose from a mix of 8-hour and/or 10-hour shifts.

  • This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while staying connected to your team through advanced collaboration tools.

  • You'll work in a structured call center environment that provides the support, resources, and team camaraderie you need to succeed.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Minimum 6 months experience using a computer and navigating multiple screens simultaneously.
  • Customer Service Background: At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Core Skills: Exceptional abilities in creating memorable customer experiences, sales orientation, effective multi-tasking, and building customer rapport through active listening and problem-solving.
  • Adaptability: Ability to learn and apply new procedures quickly and effectively.
  • Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Analytical Thinking: Solid analytical skills to determine the best course of action for resolving customer issues.
  • Residency: Must live in Oklahoma City, OK; Baton Rouge, LA; Omaha, NE; Hampton Roads, VA; or a surrounding community within those states.
  • Technical Requirements: High-speed internet connection available in your home.
  • Work Environment: Must be comfortable working in a highly structured call center environment.
  • Personality: Enthusiastic, personable, and genuinely enjoys helping others.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a role that required meeting sales goals (1+ years).

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in any industry, not limited to call centers.

  • Strong aptitude for helping customers with a genuine focus on customer experience.

  • Ability to adapt to constant change in a fast-paced environment.
