Position Overview

The Customer Service / Data Entry Representative at arenaflex will provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team. This is a fully remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere in the United States as long as you have a reliable high-speed internet connection. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following essential requirements:


  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional post-secondary education or certifications in related fields (such as healthcare administration, business, or information technology) is a plus.

  • Work Experience: 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in data entry, administrative support, customer service, or a similar role. Previous experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is preferred but not required.

  • Technical Skills: Basic computer and typing skills are required, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is highly desirable.
