Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our claims coordination operations running smoothly. Your primary duties will include:


  • Claims Data Entry: Accurately input and update claims information into our proprietary claims management systems, ensuring all data is entered correctly and in a timely manner.

  • Documentation Review: Carefully review invoices, claims forms, and supporting documentation to verify accuracy and completeness before processing.

  • Missing Information Follow-Up: Proactively identify and address missing or incomplete information in claims submissions by communicating with relevant parties to obtain necessary documentation.

  • Report Generation: Compile, analyze, and generate reports from our systems containing claims information, ensuring data integrity and providing insights to support operational improvements.

  • Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on entered data to minimize errors and maintain high standards of accuracy throughout the claims processing workflow.

  • Communication Support: Assist with customer service inquiries via phone and email, providing professional and responsive support to healthcare providers, patients, and internal teams.

  • Typing Skills: Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute with high accuracy.

  • Work Authorization: Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. (We hire U.S. citizens, permanent residents, asylees, refugees, and temporary residents.
