Position Summary
The Customer Service / Data Entry Representative will provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth processing of claims, maintaining accurate records, and delivering quality service to internal and external stakeholders. You will be primarily responsible for entering claims information into our claims management systems, following up on missing documentation, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and compiling detailed reports.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:
