About This Role:

We are seeking client-focused Customer Onboarding Consultants to join our growing sales team. You’ll serve as trusted point of contact during onboarding - setting expectations, coordinating next steps, and ensuring each client is satisfied with the value of our services.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome new clients and guide them through the onboarding process
- Conduct virtual onboarding calls to understand client needs, goals, and workflows
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate setup and timely service
- Track onboarding progress and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
- Address questions or concerns and escalate issues when needed
- Ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing account support
- What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in customer onboarding, client services, or sales is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
