Position Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Customer Care Specialists to join our growing team in a remote capacity. This position is based out of Van Buren, Arkansas, and while it is a work-from-home opportunity, you must reside within 45 miles of Van Buren, AR to be considered for this role. Position Start Date: October 16, 2023

Hourly Rate: $15.00 per hour

Location: Remote (must reside within 45 miles of Van Buren, AR)

Compensation and Performance Incentives

At arenaflex, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance. In addition to our competitive hourly rate of $15.00, this position is eligible for a $1,500 Performance Bonus, paid out in two installments after completing key employment milestones:


  • First Installment ($1,000): Paid after 90 days of employment

  • Second Installment ($500): Paid after 180 days of employment

To qualify for these bonuses, you must be in good standing and not on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) or corrective action as of the 90th or 180th day of employment. Standard withholding and authorized deductions will apply to all bonus payments.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in helping consumers navigate the complex world of credit and financial services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:


  • Credit Product Support: Assist consumers with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings. You will advocate for solutions that help consumers improve their creditworthiness and achieve their financial goals.
  • Consumer Education: Help consumers understand credit bureau processes and educate them on the appropriate steps to request corrections or dispute inaccurate information on their credit reports.
  • Customer Request Handling: Receive customer requests for assistance, identify the support needed, and either resolve issues directly or forward requests to the appropriate functional area for resolution.
  • Escalation Management: Effectively handle escalated customer issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining company policies and procedures.
  • Written and Verbal Communication: Provide clear, concise, and empathetic communication to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our customer relationship management system.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with credit bureau processes, regulations, and arenaflex product offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements:


  • Residency: Must reside within 45 miles of Van Buren, Arkansas
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience: Minimum one year of customer service experience
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using a computer to perform business functions, including proficiency with email, web browsers, and basic software applications
  • Communication Skills: Ability to provide clear and concise written and verbal communication to customers
  • Camera Requirement: Must be willing to appear on camera using your computer's webcam during training sessions and team meetings
  • Background Check: Must successfully pass a comprehensive background screening, including:

    • Criminal background check

    • Employment verification

    • Education verification

    • Credit check

    • Drug screen



Note regarding drug screening: A reasonable accommodation is available for individuals who test positive for marijuana when they have been prescribed it for medical reasons. However, no accommodation is available for the recreational use of marijuana.
