As a Remote Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers from the comfort of your own home. Your primary duties will include:

  • Assisting customers with travel needs, such as booking, ticketing, check-in, and flight information
  • Supporting ground operations by assisting with aircraft loading, unloading, and baggage handling
  • Maintaining awareness of gate and stockroom areas, and assisting with aircraft marshalling and pushback
  • Reviewing and coordinating flight schedules, including seat assignments, catering, and updates
  • Performing gate and ramp duties, such as ticket verification, passenger assistance, and safety checks
  • Processing and securing passenger belongings
  • *Required Skills & Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or hospitality experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to twist, stoop, squat, reach, and handle objects
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute (WPM)
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to obtain airport trusted status
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Ability to learn and operate a computerized reservation system
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to performing duties as assigned
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Authorized to work in the US
