NVP WARRANTY is seeking a Customer Acquisition Specialist to serve as a key contact between the company and its current and potential customers. The role involves contacting new clients, setting appointments, and working closely with sales representatives to secure dealership contracts.
Responsibilities
- Setting appointments for outside Territory Managers
- Activations/Reactivations of customer contracts
- Consistently meet set activity metrics
- Consistently manage large amounts of outbound and inbound calls
- Follow set communication talk tracks when handling different topics
- Identify dealership needs, clarify information, and clearly communicate important next steps
- Quickly build rapport and engage customers on the phone
- Attend and actively participate in individual and team training
- Meet all company assigned goals
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Ability to get commitments based on interest
