• Guide members through the onboarding and enrollment process
• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication
• Provide ongoing client support and professional service
• Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and development calls

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and organized professionals comfortable working independently
• Individuals familiar with virtual communication platforms and digital systems
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Access to reliable internet and a Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam
• Customer service, consulting, or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
