[Remote] Crypto/Web3 Hedge Fund Analyst

They are hiring a Web3 & Crypto Hedge Fund Analyst to support market research and digital asset analysis across cryptocurrency and decentralized finance ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cryptocurrency markets, price movements, and trading activity across major exchanges
• Track trends across DeFi protocols, token ecosystems, and blockchain networks
• Identify and evaluate potential market opportunities using data-driven analysis
• Support development of structured trading and investment strategies
• Monitor macro trends in digital assets, including tokenization and real-world asset (RWA) integration
• Research how blockchain can integrate with real-world data systems such as geospatial infrastructure
• Prepare reports and summaries on market conditions, trading activity, and ecosystem developments
• Collaborate with team members on research, strategy, and digital asset initiatives

Skills

• Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystems
• Experience or familiarity with crypto trading, DeFi platforms, or digital asset tools
• Understanding of market structure, volatility, and risk management principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with tokenization, real-world assets (RWA), or blockchain infrastructure is a plus
