The role requires candidates to have strong litigation skills, a solid academic background, and the ability to work independently while handling various assignments.

Responsibilities

• Handle assignments with minimal supervision
• Engage in trial experience
• Participate in forward-facing client interactions
• Manage appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials

Skills

• Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in California
• Must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
• Possess a strong academic background and proven skills in research
• Self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
• Trial experience
