[Remote] Collector 1

They are seeking a Collector 1 to work collaboratively with members to resolve account delinquencies and ensure a positive member experience.

Responsibilities

• Contact members to resolve delinquency
• Prepare repossession files
• Assist with GAP and payment protection claims
• Process account transactions
• Perform account maintenance
• Address overdrawn accounts and losses
• Provide professional and knowledgeable service
• Support collections questions for other teams
• Meet service standards and goals
• Retain member relationships
• Comply with all regulatory and internal procedures

Skills

• Applicants must reside in Oregon, Washington, or Idaho for this remote role
• At least one year of experience in collections or a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• General knowledge of bankruptcy, CPI, titles, credit reporting, loan products, repossessions, account maintenance, deceased accounts, straw loans, and ACH setup
