The Client Support Representative role is designed to provide exceptional support to users of the organization's platform, helping clients navigate the software and resolve issues through clear communication.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the organization's platform through comprehensive training
- Provide efficient, empathetic, and clear support via phone and email
- Identify and initiate improvements in product or procedures with team collaboration
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records in the customer relationship management system (CRM)
- Prioritize and resolve client support tickets promptly
- Participate in daily team meetings to align on priorities and share updates
- Document client interactions and solutions clearly in the CRM
- Engage in ongoing learning and professional development through regular 1:1 meetings with management
Skills
- Experience in a client-facing support role with a focus on direct client interaction
- Ability to manage increased workload with urgency and persistence
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to explain processes clearly
