[Remote] Client Services Operations Specialist - Remote (Minneapolis, MN)

They are seeking a Client Services Operations Specialist to support the Finance Department by managing client databases, enforcing outside counsel guidelines, and ensuring accurate invoicing and collections.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and timely update the firm database(s) for all clients in accordance with firm process guidelines
• Update and maintain team sites and systems regarding billing, collections, and estimates requirements
• Build strong partnerships with other departments within the firm to align to our internal policies and procedures
• Manage and enforce outside counsel guidelines and oversee related education, implementation, and enforcement
• Lead routine outside counsel guideline audit
• Assist in development and support of testing scripts and technical documentation of the department’s workflow and processes
• Ensuring accurate documentation, setup, and management of client invoicing and collections

Skills

• 1+ years experience in client or customer service is required
• Technical orientation including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in a professional manner when dealing with all levels of legal, management, and support staff
• Ability to learn fast and multi-task effectively while staying organized and maintaining work quality
• Ability and drive to identify knowledge gaps and willingness to ask questions
• Acute attention to details and work product
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or closely related field preferred, or equivalent combination of technical training and experience
