Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Client Experience & Scheduling Coordinator. This role is ideal for a stay-at-home parent or someone looking for flexible, part-time work from home.

You will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping manage calls, messages, and scheduling while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every pet parent.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries
• Manage text messages and customer communication
• Process intake forms and new client information
• Handle online booking requests and schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate scheduling and client records
• Provide warm, helpful, and professional customer service

Schedule & Availability:

• Part-time, remote position
• Availability Wednesday through Saturday (flexible hours)
• Our phone hours are:
  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday–Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Workload varies — some days are quiet, others are busier

Compensation:

• Salary: $200 per week
• This is a light, flexible workload with downtime between tasks
