Key Responsibilities

- Technical Support: Assist gig workers in navigating the arenaflex platform, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing step-by-step guidance to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless and efficient chat support experience, escalating complex issues when necessary while following up to ensure resolution.

Essential Qualifications
