[Remote] Call Center Representative

They are seeking a Call Center Representative who will interact with customers to provide information, schedule appointments, and resolve inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments with qualified prospects for the sales team, while interacting professionally with potential customers in a call center environment
  • Following up on leads to support and nurture them through the sales process
  • Serve as a positive, energetic first point of contact for the Stronghouse brand-engaging customers, capturing details, and preparing the field team for success
  • Converting inbound and outbound calls from online lead forms into scheduled appointments for the appropriate market
  • Coordinate with local brands/divisions to ensure in-person sales appointments are properly scheduled with the correct sales representative
  • Once appointments are made, collect additional customer information to support accurate lead qualifications and help prepare the sales team for the in-home consultation

Skills

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule and weekend (Saturday) hours
  • Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check
