About This Opportunity

This isn't your typical customer service position. When you join arenaflex as a Remote Customer Service Representative, you become a vital lifeline for New Jersey residents seeking quality healthcare coverage. The NJ Family Care Program provides essential health insurance benefits to families, children, and individuals who need affordable coverage—and your role ensures they receive the support and guidance they deserve.

You'll be the first point of contact for potential and existing NJ Family Care beneficiaries, as well as community-based organizations seeking information about the program. As a valued member of the arenaflex Customer Service Team, you'll play a crucial role in helping New Jersey residents navigate the healthcare enrollment process. Here's what your daily responsibilities will look like:

  • Provide Exceptional Phone Support: Engage in one-to-one telephone conversations with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression of arenaflex and the NJ Family Care Program.

  • Document Accurately: Meticulously record enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances in our web-based computer system, maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy.

  • Process Applications: Enter application and enrollment information for customers who wish to apply for the NJ Family Care Program over the telephone, ensuring all required information is captured correctly.

  • Master Program Knowledge: Maintain technical and program policy proficiency in NJ Family Care rules, guidelines, and related program policies through ongoing training and professional development.

  • Deliver Clear Communication: Provide clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements, helping callers make informed decisions about their healthcare coverage.

  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, beneficiaries, co-workers, and community-based organizations.

  • Problem-Solve with Purpose: Analyze issues, provide solutions, and follow through to resolution while maintaining quality standards and customer satisfaction.
