[Remote] Business Development Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Qtego Fundraising Services is focused on helping nonprofits and mission-driven organizations raise funds through technology. They are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to build a pipeline and grow within the company, with responsibilities including prospecting leads and representing the company at events.


Responsibilities

  • Prospect and research leads through cold outbound outreach and warm pipeline management
  • Set qualified appointments for our team of closers
  • Represent Qtego at trade shows and events (travel required)
  • Work toward KPIs with a flexible Monday–Friday schedule (generally 8AM–5PM ET)

Skills

  • 1–2+ years of BDR, sales, or lead generation experience
  • Strong communication, research, and prospecting skills
  • Professional presence — you'll represent us in person at events
  • Nonprofit or fundraising background is a big plus
  • Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
