[Remote] Bilingual Virtual Relationship Representative

Jordan Federal Credit Union is seeking a Bilingual Virtual Relationship Representative who is dedicated to serving the financial needs of its members. The role involves virtually greeting members, assessing their needs, and processing financial transactions while ensuring member satisfaction and compliance with Credit Union policies.

Responsibilities

• Virtually greet members; assess their needs and concerns; take initiative to develop solutions to ensure member satisfaction
• Virtually receive and accurately process member financial transactions, including but not limited to, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments; transfer amounts from member accounts as directed
• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service while maintaining compliance with Credit Union policy
• Fill out applicable forms accurately and legibly as dictated by the service

Skills

• Must be 18 years or older
• Fluent in English and Spanish
