As a Big Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in driving our data initiatives forward. You will be responsible for enabling model deployment, implementing and maintaining model accuracy, and monitoring data pipelines. This role serves as a middle-level internal consultant, accountable for driving the end-to-end lifecycle of data management across various platforms, volumes, varieties, and velocities of data. • Lead complex self-service data integration projects: Bring together data from disparate sources to create accessible datasets for business users, including data scientists, analysts, and insight-driven professionals.


• Design and implement advanced data integration methodologies: Apply sophisticated joining philosophies and tools to large datasets to create solutions used in descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.


• Ensure data quality and integrity: Monitor the ongoing effectiveness of data assets used by business clients in self-service environments and implement improvements as needed.


• Manage data across multiple platforms: Work with various data volumes, varieties, and speeds to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility.

Collaboration and Leadership

• Drive communication with functional leaders: Collaborate across multiple simultaneous initiatives and ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.


• Lead informal teams: Guide cross-functional groups in applying advanced data methodologies to solve complex business challenges.

• Define and communicate solutions: Drive the definition and communication of solutions and decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support continuous improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions.

Essential Qualifications

• Data processing: Intermediate knowledge in integrating, storing, and processing large volumes of data necessary for analysis and modeling.
