DSK Law (de Beaubien, Simmons, Knight, Mantzaris, Neal, LLP) is a well-established Central Florida law firm seeking a Florida-licensed Remote Attorney to provide legal advice and consultations for our Legal Service Plans. This is a fully remote/work-from-home attorney position supporting clients across Florida.
- We are hiring a Remote Attorney / Associate Attorney / Staff Attorney with experience in:
- Civil law
- Criminal law
- Transactional law
- Legal document review and drafting
- Client consultations (phone-based legal advice)
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal consultations by phone (high-volume client interaction)
- Advise clients on civil, criminal, and general legal matters
- Review contracts, legal documents, and correspondence
- Deliver excellent client service and legal guidance
- Maintain accurate case notes and documentation
- Work independently in a remote legal environment
- Minimum Qualifications
- Active Florida Bar License (required)
- 2+ years attorney experience (civil, criminal, or transactional)
- Experience with legal research, drafting, and document review
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage workload in a remote/work-from-home setting
- Must be a Florida resident
- Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Experience with legal service plans or high-volume consultations
- Background in consumer-facing legal services
