DSK Law (de Beaubien, Simmons, Knight, Mantzaris, Neal, LLP) is a well-established Central Florida law firm seeking a Florida-licensed Remote Attorney to provide legal advice and consultations for our Legal Service Plans. This is a fully remote/work-from-home attorney position supporting clients across Florida.

Civil law
Criminal law
Transactional law
Legal document review and drafting
Client consultations (phone-based legal advice)

Provide legal consultations by phone (high-volume client interaction)
Advise clients on civil, criminal, and general legal matters
Review contracts, legal documents, and correspondence
Deliver excellent client service and legal guidance
Maintain accurate case notes and documentation
Work independently in a remote legal environment

Active Florida Bar License (required)
2+ years attorney experience (civil, criminal, or transactional)
Experience with legal research, drafting, and document review
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Ability to manage workload in a remote/work-from-home setting
Must be a Florida resident

Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Experience with legal service plans or high-volume consultations
Background in consumer-facing legal services
