[Remote] Associate Program Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CLEAResult is a company that supports Efficiency Maine’s energy efficiency programs. They are seeking an Associate Program Manager to ensure the effective delivery of these programs and to drive customer satisfaction through stakeholder engagement and program management.

Responsibilities

• Support efforts to facilitate program participation and drive high levels of both client and customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients, customers, installers, and cross functional internal teams
• Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, to diverse audiences with varying perspectives
• Manage multiple priorities through strong project and time management; remain organized, proactive, and communicative
• Track program budgets, goals, and resource allocation to ensure effective and efficient delivery
• Prepare, analyze, and review reports and data to measure performance and progress
• Support Clients effectively
