[Remote] Asset Librarian (Content Supply Chain)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Adobe is seeking an Asset Librarian (Content Supply Chain) to join their team on a contract basis. In this role, you will ensure the content supply chain runs smoothly by managing design components and marketing assets, supporting internal teams and agency partners in day-to-day asset operations.


Responsibilities

  • Apply predefined metadata schemas, naming conventions, and scalable folder structures across the content lifecycle (WIP → final asset → distribution → archive)
  • Perform bulk uploads and routine maintenance to prevent duplication and content sprawl
  • Archive, update, and retire components and assets according to documented lifecycle guidelines
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of metadata tagging to support discoverability
  • Support internal teams and agency partners with day-to-day asset needs
  • Apply governance rules related to branding, licensing, regulatory compliance, and technology requirements
  • Perform asset audits and flag taxonomy, metadata, and tagging issues for review
  • Raise operational inconsistencies and suggest fixes to maintain content integrity

Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Workfront or similar project/work management tools
  • Familiarity with marketing or creative workflows and content lifecycles
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established standards and processes
  • Ability to manage multiple operational tasks and requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with guidance and defined priorities
  • Candidates are preferably located in the West Coast time zone
